Free Library of Philadelphia, Parkway Central
This was PCB’s fourth annual Book Paper Scissors artists’ book fair held on the first floor of the Parkway Central Library of the Free Library of Philadelphia. Jude Robison offered two free workshops (single sheet folded book and mini flag book). With more than thirty tables featuring artists, the entire event was free and open to the public.
